EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Finding Chick-fil-A has changed the trajectory of my life. The people I have met and the work I have had the privilege of doing have inspired me to pursue a deeper relationship with God and have instilled in me a passion for developing others. Chick-fil-A has shown me the importance of building meaningful relationships, achieving results alongside a team, and leading an organization committed to excellence, not simply personal performance, but creating an environment where others are challenged, supported, and inspired to become their best.
My decision to pursue becoming an Owner/Operator is rooted in a desire to pay forward what others have done for me. I entered Chick-fil-A during a season of my life when I had little clarity about what my path forward would look like. The mentors I encountered helped guide me toward wise decisions that positioned me for success later in life, walking alongside me with grace, kindness, and love — supporting me when I failed, challenging me to grow, and helping me learn from my mistakes. As an Owner/Operator, I want to replicate the environment I have experienced at Singing Hills: one where people are known, challenged, developed, and encouraged to pursue excellence, paying forward what my mentors have invested in me and creating opportunities for others to grow, discover their potential, and become the leaders they are capable of becoming, ultimately building a restaurant that serves our guests with excellence and develops the next generation of business leaders to do the same.

OPERATIONS LEADER
A moment that has changed how I see leadership here at Singing Hills has been watching our team grow together and seeing how quickly people can learn and develop when they receive the right support. It has shown me that leadership is about creating an environment where people have the confidence to learn, take on challenges, and grow. Working here has helped me become more confident, patient, and adaptable- it has forced me to step outside of my comfort zone and helped me discover my passion for recognizing people's potential and encouraging them to push themselves to reach their goals.
One lesson that I will carry with me wherever I go is the importance of leading with empathy; strong leadership requires listening, encouragement, and genuinely investing in people. Over the next five years, my goal is to build a career in Human Resources. My time at Singing Hills has shaped that goal by showing me how deeply workplace culture, training, and leadership can influence each person's experience, and it has helped me realize that I want to create workplaces where people feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

Singing Hills Chick-fil-A has shown me how to not just lead a team, but collaborate effectively with peers who cover my weaknesses. I've learned to relentlessly pursue positive relationships, especially when work gets tough, and that's something I'll carry with me as a leader. In the next five years, I'd like to operate my own Chick-fil-A alongside my wife. My time at Singing Hills has given me the confidence and skills to lead a team of 100, along with the business acumen and strategy needed to get results. -

FRONT OF HOUSE DIRECTOR
One of the biggest things Singing Hills has taught me is what it really means to pursue excellence. Excellence isn't only about how we perform during our busiest hours or how we handle the biggest challenges, it starts with the smallest tasks and the standards we choose to hold ourselves to every day. How you do the small things eventually becomes how you do the big things, and that's changed the way I approach my work and the standard I want to set as a leader. This place has also helped me become more disciplined, intentional, and focused on the kind of person and leader I want to become. It's made me think beyond just having a successful career- I want to build a legacy through the people I develop and the community I serve, an impact that continues through others even when I'm no longer there.
My goal within the next five years is to pursue LDP and continue on the path toward becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator- my time at Singing Hills has sharpened my leadership and operational skills, taught me how to develop people, and shown me the responsibility that comes with leading a business and serving a community. I still have a lot to learn, but Singing Hills is helping build the foundation I'll need to be ready for that challenge.

My path to Chick-fil-A was unconventional. Before coming to Singing Hills, I was a social worker who had spent the last four years on staff at a church. What immediately struck me at Chick-fil-A Singing Hills was the level of intentional care extended to the guests, community, and entire team. It wasn’t just talked about, but actually lived out. This value has shaped the way that I lead and support others, too.
When I said "yes" to Chick-fil-A, I was saying yes to doing things scared and showing up for challenges I had never faced before- trying, failing, and trying again. This leadership development was only possible with a culture that normalizes failure and understands it's simply a part of how we grow.
If there's one thing I'll carry with me wherever I go, it's this: no matter what we do or what we sell, we're in the people business. As Maya Angelou said, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” What an honor to have people walking through our doors that we get to serve!
In the next five years, I'd love to keep developing young leaders, being a place where they can find their own leadership courage, the same way I've been able to find mine.
