The Climb is a competitive leadership program at Chick-fil-A Singing Hills designed to create a space for leaders to learn and practice servant-leadership skills. It offers a clear path for growth that will prepare you for career opportunities in Chick-fil-A Franchise Ownership, Chick-fil-A Corporate Staff, or Executive Restaurant Leadership.

The Climb is designed to build on your previous experience and education, and help you take your leadership to the next level. Throughout your journey, we will focus on developing organizational leadership skills, people-leadership skills, business acumen, and restaurant acumen. Throughout this journey, our Owner/Operator and Executive Leaders will personally invest in you to help exponentially level up your leadership.
