Jordan’s Chick-fil-A journey began as a high school Team Member. After college, he returned to Chick-fil-A as a senior restaurant leader before joining Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s corporate staff as part of their Leadership Development Program.

He has served as a Chick-fil-A Franchise Owner-Operator since 2018. He is passionate about identifying and investing in high-potential leaders, helping them develop their leadership abilities to serve others.

Driven by that passion, Jordan and his leadership team created The Climb, a leadership development program designed to challenge, equip, and launch talented leaders toward meaningful careers and greater impact.
